SCAQMD Certification
The Sakura built systems are called; "F1 Clean" and their standard systems were so tight with Near Zero Emissions" that they obtained the certification in 1994 from the SCAQMD, South Coast Air Quality Management District in Southern California, U.S.A.
The F1 Clean is the only parts cleaning system in the world certified by them for the use of trichloroethylene(TCE), methylene chloride, HCFC225, nPB (n propyl bromide, 1-bromopropane) and HFE7100, HFE7200 because of its extremely low emission levels.
The certification program allows the user to obtain the use permit from the SCAQMD in a couple of weeks instead of up to 6 months.Brand name products containing nPB include Abzol, Ensolv and Solvon cleaners, Ensolv.Those solvents are used to remove oil, grease, solder flux and contamination.Brand name《Novec-3M》's main users are in remove small particles and ion contamination especially electronic devices field.
